Right of withdrawal for 1921 Store Products

The customer has the right to withdraw from any order concerning any product, without providing any reason, as long as it is explicit, by delivering it to our office. The right of withdrawal is, however, excluded in relation to our sealed Products which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and which have been opened after delivery. The customer can return the products as indicated within the legal deadlines.

Regarding the right of withdrawal (pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 1, letter (h) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 “Consumer Code”)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days starting from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last good ordered. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the goods. last good. The deadline set for withdrawal is considered respected if the customer sends his declaration before the expiry of the 14-day period starting from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the product. last good ordered. Effects of withdrawal

Following withdrawal from this contract, 1921 Store will refund all payments made by the buyer, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the standard one offered by 1921 Store), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which 1921 Store is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the customer will not incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until 1921 Store receives the returned products or until the customer demonstrates that such goods have been shipped, if earlier. The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the sales contract. The Products must be returned correctly packaged in their original packaging, not ruined, damaged or soiled and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation. In the event of loss of the original packaging, the Customer must, at his own expense, replace it in order to be able to return the 1921 Store Products; - equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging), so as to allow 1921 Store to identify the customer (Order number, name, surname and address); without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the article (they must not show traces of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as to not allow its resale). If the returned product does not comply with the provisions, or in relation to sealed products, the withdrawal will not be effective. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves.

The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the sales contract.

The Products must be returned

- correctly packaged in their original packaging, not ruined, damaged or dirty, and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation. In the event of loss of the original packaging, the Customer must, at his own expense, replace it in order to be able to return the 1921 Store Products;

- equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging), so as to allow 1921 Store to identify the customer (Order number, name, surname and address)

- without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the article (they must not bear traces of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as not to allow resale).

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves.
