Did you get the wrong size or is the product not convincing? No problem we can organize a goods exchange:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so.

COST FOR GOODS EXCHANGE: €6.50

How does it work?

1- First of all, search on our website 1921store.it for the size or item(s) you want to exchange for.

2 – Send an email to resi@1921store.it or send us a Whatsapp message to the number 3515269880 indicating:

Name and surname and/or order number

Item(s) you wish to return

Item and size with which you wish to exchange

Height and weight (so we can recommend the size that best suits you)

3- Prepare the package, after receiving confirmation from our customer service, inserting the items to be replaced in an envelope as small as possible (if you can, you can recover the envelope we sent you in the first shipment)

4 – We will send a courier to deliver the change to you (you will also receive the number for tracking the package) remember to have the package at hand because you will deliver the package to be returned at the same time.

– It is also possible to make the second change with a contribution of €6.50.

– For “disadvantaged” locations, a different expense calculation will be made for exchanges, wait for confirmation from assistance.

– Remember, you can also make the exchange in the store!

– The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order and must not have been damaged in any way.

What if I can't find anything to change with?

You can make a return by sending the package within 14 days from the date of receipt:

1 – Send an email to resi@1921store.it indicating or send us a Whatsapp message to the number 3515269880 indicating:

Name Surname and/or order number

Item(s) you wish to return

Request for shopping voucher or refund

2 – Send the package at your own expense, using the post office or your preferred courier, indicating the following data:

19-21 STORE - PIAZZETTA DEL GRANO 19 - 30033 NOALE (VE)

3 – Once we have received the return, we will issue, as indicated in your email, a shopping voucher (lasting 6 months and usable only online) or a refund of the value of the goods only, excluding any shipping costs.

WE REMEMBER THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO ALSO RETURN THE GOODS IN STORE AND THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A RETURN AFTER HAVING TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EXCHANGE

NB The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. Each item must be returned, including all original accessories and labels received with the order, in no way damaged. 19-21 Store will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy.
